Free 🕉️Chakra Healing Workshop 

When: Saturday, March 14th, 2026

Time: 5pm-6:30pm

Arrive between 4:45pm-4:55pm to get settled in.

Join us for a free Chakra Healing & Education Workshop! Whether you are curious about Chakras or are a Chakra Guru, come experience a profound community centered healing & alignment for a dynamic whole body cleanse. Everybody is welcome in this space. 

What are Chakras? There are 7 main energy centers in our bodies that are energetically connected to our body, mind, and soul. When one’s Chakras are in alignment, it is believed to support optimum health & well being.

What to expect the setting to be: A calming & relaxed atmosphere. We will be in a circle together, learn together, experience together, & if you feel called to - share together. This unique community based healing is facilitated by Annikki & Grace.

About your hostess:

❤️Grace is a spirit soul exploring the many realities & experiences this beautiful world has to offer. From life changing experiences living 2 years in Australia to helping those in need in her home community; she is grateful to be present with each soul that comes into her path. She is here in love & grace & is blessed to be held by many communities across the globe; including her birthplace of Minnesota. Grace finds joy in embodiment through dance & music & creates art as a channel for expression. 

❤️Annikki (on-a-key) is the owner & practitioner of Väki Holistic Healing. Väki is the Finnish ancient word for Life Force Energy; similar to Qi, Chi, Mana, Aca, & Prana. Annikki has dedicated her life to those ready to rejuvenate their own Väki.  Professionally, she is a Mental Health Therapist & Reiki Practitioner. Equally important to her is being a student in Western Herbalism, Ayurveda, & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) learning from souls around the world; including her Ayurvedic Doctors in India. She is a huge global foodie; live music, dance, & art enthusiast; & cherishes each human smile & heart exchange she encompasses.

What to bring:

~You! Preparedness Pointers 101 - Please do not come with a full stomach. In this form of Meditation, it is better to not have a full meal right beforehand due to the Agni (digestive fire) in our body. Please do not drink ice cold water either, room temperature or warm water is best as these 2 main components best help your energy flow. If you would like, eat a meal about 2 hours before arrival to ensure proper energy during our session together. It is best to eat after our session together, which will end at 6:30pm, just in time for dinner :) 

~Ergonomics: There is an option to sit in a chair or on the floor. The floor is carpeted & it is a comfortable temperature. You're welcome to bring anything that will make you feel more comfortable during this time. i.e.: yoga mat, cushion, blanket etc. 

~All other supplies will be provided.

~This is a scent free environment to ensure accessibility for those that are sensitive to smells such as sprays/perfume etc. Thank you for respecting & honoring this space.

As a friendly suggestion: This is a free event & space is limited. We highly encourage you to pre-register so that you have a space reserved for you. Due to the room/space capacity, we cannot guarantee there will be space unless you pre-register to ensure space capacity is within limits. If you would like to take the chance and show up the day of the workshop, you’re welcome to; however, we want to ensure you have a space for healing.

Join us on this monumental healing day of calling your energy back into your sacred center.

Our hope is for you to know how to stay anchored to your core center self while navigating through the ocean's waves in current times. 

What your healing day will include:

-Your lunch (There is a full kitchen to store and heat up your lunch)

-Fav journal + writing instrument

-We will have mats for you to sit or lay on (or chairs if you prefer), but please bring what will help you create your safe space including:

-Blanket

-Yoga mat

-Bolster

-Pillow

-Eye mask

Staying cozy inside the Bunker Hills Activity Center right by the bunker stables nestled in 1,600 acres of forest in the suburbs in Andover. We will have a healing activity outside, please dress for the weather.
