Coming to Your Center - Healing Day

Join us on this monumental healing day of calling your energy back into your sacred center.

Our hope is for you to know how to stay anchored to your core center self while navigating through the ocean's waves in current times.

What your healing day will include:

-Guided Meditation

-Forest Bathing

-Nature Walks

-Sacred Circle

-Sound Journey

-Journaling

-Group Integration

-Herbal Tea Ceremony (We will have several kinds for you to choose from)

-Water, Tea, Snacks are provided

Participants Bring-a-longs:

-Your lunch (There is a full kitchen to store and heat up your lunch)

-Fav journal + writing instrument

-We will have mats for you to sit or lay on (or chairs if you prefer), but please bring what will help you create your safe space including:

-Blanket

-Yoga mat

-Bolster

-Pillow

-Eye mask

Staying cozy inside the Bunker Hills Activity Center right by the bunker stables nestled in 1,600 acres of forest in the suburbs in Andover. We will have a healing activity outside, please dress for the weather.

With the whole self approach, together we focus on mind, body, & soul rejuvenation. Annikki (on-a-key) is the owner & practitioner of Väki Holistic Healing. She is a Mental Health Therapist/Psychotherapist licensed with the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker, LGSW. Additionally, she has three other degrees in International Business, Criminal Justice, & Supervisory Management; served in the United States Peace Corps (USPC) in Armenia; along with several certifications, awards, volunteerism, & managing successful fundraising events. Annikki has 16+ years of experience working in human services & mental health for MMB, DOC, USPC, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, homeless shelters, nonprofits, in MN and FL. In her free time she enjoys hiking in nature, traveling the world, cooking/baking, creating art, learning herbology & spending quality time with family & friends.
